Design Consultation: We start every project with a consultation (in-home or virtually via Zoom™) so we can learn more about each other. We will discuss the room(s) to be designed and get to know your personality, so we can understand your needs and aesthetic style. We follow up with a letter of agreement that details the scope of work, as well as the design fee. 

Concept Phase: After we receive the signed letter of agreement and deposit, we will begin to develop the design concept. During this phase we will create furniture floor plans and selections of furniture and materials based on your style. At this time, we will introduce the trades that are essential to making our visions come to life. 

Design Phase: This is where the design starts to take shape. With the direction established, we further source furniture, fabric and create mood boards & elevations.  Once completed, we will present our design, as well as proposals. This is when our trades begin working.

Execution Phase: Upon approval of the final design and proposals, we begin to execute the design. This includes ordering merchandise, tracking orders, receiving orders at the warehouse, inspecting the merchandise and scheduling the deliveries.

Completion Phase: Merchandise will be delivered and installed. The details and accessories that will make your space uniquely yours will be arranged, this is where your project comes to life! (*Shopping and installation for accessories and artwork is charged on an hourly basis).  No job is complete until we have a final walkthrough to make sure you are 100% happy with your new space, making sure it’s photo ready!
